Site Maintenance & Support
You may not have the resources available to do your own site maintenance or you may just prefer to purchase on-going support. That's why we offer several options to maintain and support your website.
Our maintenance and support plans cover everything from regular updating of site content to file backups and site problem solving. If you are having problems with your site e.g. contact form not working, site down or simply want to have the reassurance of ongoing support, you will need to purchase an Enterprise plan or above. Alternatively you can purchase support time as and when you require it.
Hourly Rates:
Rates without a service plan: £45 per hour. There is a minimum charge of £15.
Starter Maintenance Plan:
- 1 hr per month.
- 2 business days response time*.
- Includes changes/updates only.
- £35 per month or £350 annually.
Enterprise Maintenance & Support Plan:
- 3 hours per month.
- 1 business day response time*.
- Includes changes/updates/problem solving.
- £90 per month or £900 annually.
Propack Maintenance & Support Plan:
- 5 hours per month.
- 4 business hours response time*.
- Includes changes/updates/site file backup/problem solving.
- Weekly site file backups.
- £125 per month or £1,250 annually.
Propack Plus Maintenance & Support Plan:
- 10 hours per month.
- 2 business hours response time*.
- Includes changes/updates/site file backup/problem solving.
- Daily site monitoring.
- Daily site file backups.
- File safekeeping.
- £200 per month or £2,000 annually.
* Response Time
Response time is prioritised based on your Support Plan. However, Web Dandy is always striving to exceed your expectations and provide a faster response time than stated.
